Shipping

UK Delivery

  •  All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm GMT will be sent the same day.
  • Standard UK delivery (via Royal Mail Tracked) — FREE
  • Express UK delivery (via Royal Mail Next Day) — £10.95 (order by 12pm for next-business-day delivery)
  • Please allow 1–3 working days for standard UK delivery, and next business day for Express.
  • All UK taxes included in your checkout price.

Shipping Charges 

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our London warehouse.
  • Orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day (subject to stock). Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends/holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Once your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 14 working days for international delivery in rare cases of customs delay.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees once the parcel enters your country. These charges are not included in our shipping cost and must be paid by you (the customer) upon delivery or when releasing the parcel from customs.
  • To avoid any delay, please ensure you supply accurate delivery address, full name and phone number, and monitor tracking updates from the courier.
  • If the parcel is held by customs and you do not pay the necessary import charges, the parcel may be returned to us and you will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and any incurred duties or clearance fees.
  • For EU customers: as of now you are responsible for any VAT or import duty charged in your country.
  • For USA, UAE, Australia and other markets: check your local customs rules — many countries charge a standard import tax or GST on goods over a threshold.

Returns & Exchanges (International)

  • We accept returns on unworn, unused items with tags intact for international orders within 28 days of receipt. Please notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing returns@monicelondon.co.uk
  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items returned from outside the UK may be subject to customs inspections or local charges — please ensure you send the parcel using a tracked and insured method.
