Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Monice London purchase. However, if for any reason it’s not quite right, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.
- To request a return or exchange, please email returns@monicelondon.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- (Return requests are typically reviewed within 48 hours.)
- Once your return has been approved, items must be sent back to us promptly and within the required return timeframe.
- All returns must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original condition.
- Any items returned damaged, worn, or with signs of use, including perfume smells, will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
- Monice London cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered return parcels.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Returns are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receipt.
- Once processed, refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
